Deliveries and retouns: 

Package submission: As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receiving payment via NACEX with tracking and delivery number without signing. Once released, Nacex deliveries in 24–48 hours. Delivery time cannot be specified, but the customer can contact Nacex to agree another method of delivery.

Shipping expenses include handling and packing costs, as well as postal expenses. Manipulation costs have a fixed price, while transport costs can vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items together in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individual. Product return: If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact us within 30 days order delivery to arrange the change or refund. You can do it at gs@artisa.es

Custom products cannot be returned or reimbursed once they are made. In case an item is missing or in bad conditions, it will be replaced free of charge whenever proven. In case of doubt, contact us.
